The John Buck Company and 3MR Capital partnered to reimagine a 2.5-acre triangular site bounded by Sepulveda, Jefferson and Machado in Culver City into a 220-unit residential mixed-use project with over 60,000 square feet of ground floor and second floor retail/commercial space, and the development of a 15,000 square foot publicly accessible park.  We provided stakeholder engagement, message development, and government affairs, and assisted the applicant in negotiating a project fee reduction with the City of Culver City.  The project received support from several adjacent neighborhood stakeholder groups, the synagogue directly across the street, and the local Chamber of Commerce. When the project came before the Planning Commission and City Council, both bodies approved the project without any changes or revisions.
