These are some highlights of projects that we have worked on. We have provided expertise in government relations, community engagement, strategic communications, and public affairs.

Hackman Capital Partners successfully sought to modernize the 14-acre historic studio lot with over 500,000 gross new square feet of creative office, upgrading 9 existing soundstages, and preserving the iconic Georgian mansion, support structures and 4 bungalows. The Culver Studios is now headquarters to Amazon Studios.

With the closure of K-Mart at the Town & Country Shopping Center at 3rd and Fairfax, Holland Partner Group re-envisioned the eastern half of the project with an elegant mid-rise residential mixed-use building including 330 residential units above two stories of retail, enhanced open and green space, and improved parking circulation and pedestrian access.

The John Buck Company and 3MR Capital partnered to reimagine a 2.5-acre triangular site bounded by Sepulveda, Jefferson and Machado in Culver City into a 220-unit residential mixed-use project with over 60,000 square feet of ground floor and second floor retail/commercial space, and the development of a 15,000 square foot publicly accessible park.

Hudson Pacific Partners and Macerich are reimagining the Westside Pavilion Shopping Mall into One Westside, a
584,000 sf creative office campus. One Westside is designed by Gensler with 45,000 sf of landscaped outdoor office space. It's sole tenant is Google.

Transforming a retail center and surface parking lots into mixed-income housing and neighborhood green space. This space contains 242 apartments, 10,000 sq. feet of retail space, and a publicly accessible greenbelt that is located near La Brea metro line and adjacent to the Metro bus line.

When BevMo! first sought to expand in the Los Angeles market, they hired us assist with community outreach and neighborhood council engagement.

Strategy development, community affairs, and outreach surrounding a 50,000 square foot adaptive reuse project (10,000 square feet of net new leasable space) and new off-street parking structure.
