When BevMo! first sought to expand in the Los Angeles market, they hired us assist with community outreach and neighborhood council engagement.  We successfully got all City of Los Angeles stores entitled without appeal and helped on all subsequent conditional use permit renewals.  When Gopuff acquired BevMo!, our role was expanded to introduce the Gopuff Philadelphia-based team to  make local elected officials, neighborhood councils and planning staffs.   We were able to get conditional use permit modifications for Gopuff at existing BevMo! locations in Culver City, Santa Monica, and Warner Center with full community and staff support.
