Pacific Springs, LLC hired us to identify community support for the reimagining of a retail center and surface parking lots into mixed income housing and neighborhood green space.  We are successfully engaging with local neighbors, hosting coffee klatches and presentations.  Our efforts have culminated in a successful letter and email writing campaign to the local Councilmember in support of the project.
